The University of Basrah occupies the position (1201+) in the results of the QS World Ranking, where the (QS) World Ranking of Universities revealed its results for the 2022 edition, which showed Iraqi universities at the forefront of Baghdad University, followed by Al-Mustansiriya, Kufa, Babylon, and Basrah. One thousand three hundred international universities from different countries of the world competed, including Iraqi universities in the 2022 edition, namely the University of Baghdad in the center (801-1000), Al-Mustansiriya University in the center (1001-1200), the University of Kufa in the center (1001-1200), the University of Babylon in the center (1201+), and the University of Babylon in the center (1201+) Basrah at the center (1201+). The University of Basrah continues, at a steady pace, the march of progress towards consolidating its position among the best universities in the world in the prestigious international classifications, especially the British Times classification. For his part, Prof. Dr. Abdulameer Abdullah Almussawi, Dean of the College of Nursing at Basrah University, said that the University of Basrah is continuing to develop all aspects of the university that enhance its position within the international classifications. |
