The Continuing Education and Development Center at University of Basrah organized an online workshop on planning needs and its importance in human resource management
The workshop aimed to familiarize the participants with the nature of needs planning and its importance, how to plan and analyze human resources, how to design and describe jobs, as well as familiarizing them with steps for job analysis and methods of collecting information used in job analysis
The workshop, which was presented by the instructor, Areej Karim Rahman, included identifying the planning of human resource needs as a purposeful way to obtain the working manpower by achieving the progress of production, marketing and financing processes during the subsequent time stages with the energies and skills required to accomplish this during the future stage and job analysis
