The workshop aimed to provide participants with information and knowledge related to time management and focus on providing participants with new skills, developing and refining their skills and abilities to enable them to manage time and work effectively and with quality
The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Abbas Abdul-Hamid Abdul-Abbas, included the definition of time and its importance in general and time management in particular, shedding light on the concept of time analysis, clarifying what is meant by time wasters, the most important causes of them and how to deal with them to reduce their disadvantages as well as focusing on the concept of time planning and its importance and explaining the best method of goals formulation
