The medical colleges in the University of Basrah and in collaboration with Basrah health department held an awareness-development symposium about the vaccines of COVID-19 virus and their importance for protection and immunity.
As the dean of the College of Dentistry Assistant. Professor Dr. Fateh Al-Khakani and during his participation in the symposium assured the importance of taking the COVID-19 vaccines for protection and immunity against the virus, especially all the medical staff that are considered a role model by their community.
As Al-Khakani also said "our goal is to spread the correct health awareness among the people to realize how important to take these vaccines because of the role they play in eliminating this disease and help getting things back on track"
