Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basra has produced an educational course for Soft Computing Techniques in the electronic platform for open source educational resources of the University of Basra.
The educational course included a (14) resource divided into three chapters, each of which discusses a specific topic within the course curriculum prepared by Dr. Uday Bashir Issa.
The course aims to publish educational resources in one website to be available to serve researchers and dear students via the Internet, as well as being one of the university's goals to achieve quality standards for e-learning.
