A PhD thesis titled 4D Geomechanical Modelling for Rumaila Stacked Oil Reservoirs with Application to Field Development Planning was defended at College of Science, Department of Geology, for the PhD Candidate Yousif Mohammed Baqer Al-Asadi
. The aim of the thesis is Build the first 4D Geomechanical Model in Iraq targeting the drilling operation problems, examine the impact of production- induced stress changes on field performance and enhance well construction planning by the understanding of current and future depletion effects on drilling operation and well completion integrity.
