Assistant Lecturer Shaima Nadim at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah participated in a workshop on academic publishing, with the participation of researchers and specialists.
The workshop included several axes, including a discussion of critical appraisal, which determines the method or methodology of research or study and evaluation of this method and its suitability to the topic and objectives of the research. It also included the method of writing an original research paper (publication manuscript) and how to send it to the publisher. It also dealt with how to choose respectable journals and how to publish research in them.
