
The Cultural Center at Basrah University and the College of Agriculture concluded the activities of their scientific, artistic and cultural competition (Bridge of Knowledge), with the teams of students from the College of Law and Politics and creative students with special needs winning first place equally, while the team of students of the College of Fine Arts ranked second, and the third place went to the team of College of Engineering students
The competition included a variety of questions in the fields of literature, science and arts, in which about ten student teams participated, representing the College of Agriculture, Fine Arts, Engineering, Arts, Education for Women, Physical Education and Sports Sciences, as well as the first place winners equally, the team of the College of Law and Politics and the team of creative students with special needs
The director of the center, Dr. Abdul-Karim Odah, said, "The jury included all of Dr. Tayseer Ahmed Al-Rikabi from the College of Law, Dr. Salma Abdul-Hameed from the College of Arts, Dr. Sami Obaid Al-Tamimi from the College of Administration and Economics, Dr. Saif Abdul-Wadud from the College of Fine Arts and Dr. Wissam Sobeih Siraj from the College of Engineering. The competition represented a knowledge and cultural enrichment for the participating students and audience, and a maintenance of effective communication between them
