In view of Iraqi Council of Representatives elections drawing close in October this current year, in order for the completion of technical and logistical preparations undertaken by our electoral commission throughout both the current and future stages to achieve this electoral event punctually, and based on the Council of Ministers decision (174) 2021, our ministry has directed in a letter numbered 4/11/ح/10507 dated 21/6/2021 to all universities to complete the procedures and fill out the form attached below which is relevant to university professors only.
