Hence, the Iraqi components that contributed to composing the social body of the Iraqi group, although historically they were Iraqi groups, they did not realize the meaning of citizenship within the framework of a modern, positive state
Therefore, we find that the Iraqi groups are still trapped in the traditional structures of the clan and sect.. This undoubtedly contradicts the possibility of adapting this behavior in modern institutional frameworks, and any confusion between the old and the modern confuses the reality and rationality of the state in touching its purposes, goals and objectives
