This study, tagged with (the grammatical requirement of the grammarians of the fourth century AH - an analytical study-) came to clarify the nature of the requirement, and to present a new vision for one of the rules of grammatical thinking, as well as a new reading of grammatical topics according to the perspective of the requirement, its nature and types, and the extrapolation of grammatical requirements in a century One of the golden centuries in the flourishing of grammar, which is the fourth century AH, the study aimed to analyze these requirements and show their impact on controlling the grammatical rules that govern the formulation of eloquent Arabic speech. These texts seek to analyze the nature of their requirements, the way they are presented, and their impact on their linguistic and grammatical interpretations. The study was taken from the books of the grammarians of the fourth century AH as the basis. These books are the main source of the study. The descriptive analytical method is the research method adopted in the study.
The material and the nature of the study necessitated that it be divided into three chapters preceded by a preface showing the concept of grammatical requirement. The title of the first chapter was: On the nature of grammatical requirement and its sources, chapter II: Patterns of grammatical requirement, and chapter III the impact of grammatical requirement in clarifying and interpreting linguistic texts. The study concluded with the most important findings.
The study concluded: The requirement is one of the fundamental concepts that grammarians applied in setting grammatical rules, and it was not mentioned in its explicit wording, but was understood from the context and deduced from the words of the grammarians. The research showed manifestations of the manifestation of the origins of grammar as a source of grammatical requirements, by clarifying the requirements for linguistic structures received from the Arabs and in violation of the general rule such as dialects, oddities, breadth and necessity, the grammarians paid special attention to each of these cases to hear them from the Arabs.
The research revealed the conditions that can be stated through the sentence as the basic syntactic structure and the main nucleus of any speech in Arabic. The occurrence of confusion leading to melody and error.
