All students of the College of Nursing from all levels, for the morning and evening studies, must complete the clearance according to the following steps:
1- Withdrawing the clearance form 3 copies, writing the name of the four-year student and the stage and indicating the type of study on each page.
2- Complete the signatures and seals that support the student’s acquittal from all the parties mentioned in the form, as follows:
A- Heading to the old college building to complete the signatures of the library, free of charge for education, the store, and the Registration and Student Affairs Division in the college.
B - Then go to the new college building to complete the signatures of the branches and the Accounts Division.
C- To ease the procedures for students under the current circumstances, so students do not have to go to the directorate of the internal departments at the university to sign the clearance, since the college is the one who will take care of ending the students’ belongings with them according to the directives of the esteemed President of the University and the respected Dean.
D- To ease the procedures for students under the current circumstances, so students do not have to go to the central library at the university to sign the clearance, except for students who have belongings with the central library, so they must go and complete all the belongings with them and document that in the clearance.
3- All students must bring their university IDs and hand them over to the esteemed Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs in the new college building for the purpose of final approval of the clearance.
4- After completing the forms, a copy of the form is handed over to the Registration and Student Affairs Division at the college for safekeeping in the student’s file. As for the other copy, it must be brought and handed over to the examination committee when the results are delivered. The last copy is kept by the student for himself.
5- No result will be delivered and no transfer transaction will be promoted to the student unless he completes the clearance form..
