The research dealt with a sample of faculty members in the faculties of education at the University of Basra, the sample amounted to (300) members of the faculty. Electronic learning, the negatives of e-learning, obstacles to e-learning) and to identify the differences according to the variables (specialization, number of years of service), to identify the attitudes of faculty members towards e-learning, and to identify the differences according to the variables (specialization, number of years of service).
The thesis included five chapters, the first chapter introducing the research, the second chapter theoretical aspects and previous studies, the third chapter research methodology and procedures, the fourth chapter presentation and interpretation of the results, the fifth chapter conclusions, recommendations and suggestions, and then a list of research sources and references, then supplements to the thesis standards.
The thesis drew several conclusions, including that e-learning suffers from many negatives, that e-learning suffers from many obstacles, that faculty members in faculties of education are fully aware of the advantages and importance of e-learning, that faculty members in faculties of education use electronic application programs in e-learning in a way Big, the faculty members in the faculties of education use e-learning to a large extent.
