Center at the University of Basra organized an online workshop on change management and within the Rigor project.
The objectives of the workshop, which is part of the middle management tasks and responsibilities , are to shed light on one of the important and basic topics in contemporary management, which is administrative change, and to indicate the significant and influential role it plays in the growth and improvement of the performance of organizations of all kinds to keep pace with developments in different business environments.
The workshop presented by Dr. Orouba Al-Badran included the concept of administrative change and its importance in organizations of all kinds, the distinction from an organizational and administrative point of view, the difference between change and change, and a detailed answer to the following question: What does administrative change seek in organizations of all kinds.
At the end, the recommendation was to invest in the concepts, topics, and examples discussed in the workshop in order to apply them to the practical reality of managers and employees at their various organizational levels
