Based on the directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul-Saheb, the Committee of Deans of Dental Colleges held a meeting with the Undersecretary in charge of the Ministry of Health’s management tasks, Dr. Hani Al-Uqabi
The meeting individuals, in the presence of the heads of the committees of the faculties of pharmacy and nursing deans, discussed a number of topics related to joint cooperation and institutional integration between the ministries of higher education and scientific research and health
The participants in the meeting, which was held via a closed electronic meeting and moderated by the Chairman of the Dental Deans Committee, Dr. Donia Wadi’, reviewed seven requirements and priorities related to the upcoming academic year and levels of clinical training, as well as discussing the possibility of transferring the services of those wishing from the Ministry of Health to institutions of higher education and scientific research
For his side, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health expressed his appreciation for the keenness of the Ministry of Higher Education and the specialized academic committees to cooperate and translate integration paths through specialized work programs that serve the academic and health fields in Iraq
