The Cultural Center at University of Basrah celebrated the honoring of a group of graduates of the (self-marketing through social media) course held for people with special needs, organized in cooperation with the Iraqi Blind Association
Director of the Center, Dr. Abdul-Karim Aboud Odah, said at the honoring ceremony, "Today, the university is reaping another fruit of agreement and cooperation with the Association of the Blind in Basrah by embracing an important and creative segment in its work, highlighting their creative potential in the life industry and challenging them to provide everything that is best for the human being and humanity”
The course, which was moderated by Professor Nael Qassem Nawam on the electronic platform (zoom), witnessed the participation of dozens of people with special needs from Iraq and other Arab countries such as Morocco, Lebanon, Algeria and Oman
The ceremony witnessed the presentation of speeches by three Arab participants, in which they expressed their thanks and appreciation to the University of Basrah, as it sought to take care of them through social networks, emphasizing their keenness to make future participations with their Iraqi brothers with special needs in various other courses
