A master's thesis at the University of Basrah/ Agriculture College examines the effect of salt eruption from the Shatt Al-Arab and Khor Al-Zubayr canals on some properties of soil and ground water for the region extending from Shatt Al-Arab in the east to Khor Al-Zubayr in the west.
