The workshop aims to provide participants with information and knowledge related to time management and focus on providing participants with new skills, developing their skills and abilities and refining them so that they are able to manage time and work effectively and with quality
The workshop presented by Dr. Orouba Rasheed included the concept of time and its importance in general and time management in particular, shedding light on the concept of time analysis, clarifying what is meant by time wasters and the most important causes and how to deal with them to reduce their negative effects on time management and focusing on the concept of time planning and its importance, and clarifying the best method for formulating the goals that we seek to achieve through the planning process, and focusing in detail on the optimal methods related to setting priorities and allocating work
The workshop recommended investing the mentioned information and focusing on realistic concepts and examples in order to apply them to the practical reality of managers and employees at their various organizational levels in a way that is positively reflected on the quality and effectiveness of time management in their lives in general and their job in particular
