A Master's Thesis at the University of Basrah Examines a Stylistic Study of Reading Passages in English

A master's thesis at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah examined a critical stylistic study of reading passages in English as a foreign language at the university level.

The thesis aims to discover ideological meanings that can affect students' cultural understanding and how to bridge the knowledge gap to reach the formation of social identity and the formation of cultural attitudes.

The thesis, presented by the student Mudhaffar Saywan Khashan, included five chapters in which the initial steps of the research introduction, the theoretical aspect, the research design and methodology, text analysis, discussion of results, conclusions and recommendations were explained.
