University of Basrah Holds a Lecture on Scientific Plagiarism and Reliable Publishing Houses for the Eighth Unit
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a lecture on scientific plagiarism and reliable publishing houses for the eighth unit in the engineering specialization within the teaching methods course.
The lecture aims to introduce trainees to the ethics of scientific research and academic integrity and explain the details of reliable publishing houses and how to search for a specialized journal in the global refereed containers.
The lecture, presented by Dr. Audai Basheer Issa, included an explanation of how to write academically and avoid linguistic errors.
In addition to providing a summary of scientific plagiarism and avoiding plagiarism and scientific theft by documenting sources and others.
The lecture recommended the adoption of reliable scientific journals to enhance the position of the Iraqi researcher in international circles
