The University of Basrah explores joint cooperation with the Directorate of the Care Authority for People with Special Needs.
The College of Education for females at the University of Basrah discussed joint cooperation with the Directorate of the Care Authority for People with Special Needs in Basrah.
Dr. Fadia Yacoub Yousif, the head of the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the college, stated that both sides discussed the importance of providing health and community care to students with special needs at the university.
She pointed out that the university prioritizes students with special needs and seeks to integrate them into the community, as its teaching and administrative staff includes members with special needs.
