The Cultural Center at the University of Basrah organized an awareness campaign to warn students about the dangers of electronic extortion and drug abuse, their negative impact on society, and how to address them in support of the university's plans for sustainable development in health and achieving social welfare.
The campaign included distributing brochures and setting up warning and instructional signs to reach as many university students as possible. The campaign will also include educational lectures to be held in their classrooms soon.
