University of Basrah Organizes a Course on Human Resource Management
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah conducted a course on Human Resource Management.
The course aimed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of human resources, its importance to all organizations and institutions, and various vital topics to help participants understand how to manage the workforce efficiently.
Presented by faculty member Narjis Aqeel Abdul Wahid, the course covered the definition of human resources, its historical development, significance, and objectives.
Additionally, it explained the basics and skills of human resources, its main functions, and the different types of human resource management, including electronic human resource management, human resource systems, international human resource management, and green human resource management, with a detailed explanation of each type.
