University of Basrah Restarts the High Voltage Line (11KV) in Record Time to Serve the Marine Science Center and the College of Physical Education
As part of ongoing efforts to ensure stable electric current, the maintenance team in the Department of University Affairs at the University of Basrah managed to fix the malfunction that caused the high voltage lines (11KV) feeding the Marine Science Center and the College of Physical Education to go out of service.
The Director of the Department of University Affairs, Engineer Mahmoud Jaafar, said: "Thanks to diligent efforts and high efficiency, the team succeeded in repairing the fault and restoring the lines to service in record time, overcoming technical challenges and difficult weather conditions."
Mahmoud added: "These efforts are part of the continuous pursuit to improve the efficiency of the electrical system and ensure the continuity of vital services for academic institutions."
