University of Basrah and University of Diyala Sign Twinning Agreement in Scientific Field
The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah and its counterpart at the University of Diyala have signed a twinning agreement in scientific, research, and cultural domains.
The agreement focuses on developing curriculum plans, organizing training workshops to enhance the skills of educators and technicians, collaborating in summer training, jointly supervising graduate students, advancing e-learning, participating in lectures, and evaluating theses. It also emphasizes encouraging high-quality scientific publishing.
Both institutions aim to advance teaching and student development through exchange visits, organizing joint scientific exhibitions and conferences, holding periodic scientific debates, and exchanging expertise to achieve laboratory quality. Moreover, they plan to share electronic programs per labor market demands and boost scientific publishing in journals specific to both colleges.
