To Achieve the Highest Standards.. The College of Medicine at the University of Basrah is Granted Full Accreditation for Four Years
The President of the University, Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazim, stated that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research granted the College of Medicine at the University of Basrah full accreditation for the next four years.
He added that the college's obtaining accreditation indicates that it has met the standards specified by the National Council for Accreditation of Medical Colleges after the college submitted an application for its readiness for the accreditation process and after a field visit by the national evaluators team and submitting a detailed report to the National Council for Accreditation of the College.
The President of the University also expressed his happiness with this achievement as it was achieved through exceptional efforts made by all concerned parties and indicates the university's commitment to developing medical education and that it will continue its commitment to providing distinguished medical education in line with the highest international standards.
