University of Basra Organizes a Workshop on the Art of Workplace Etiquette and Prioritization
The General Secretariat of the Central Library at the University of Basra organized a workshop on the art of workplace etiquette and prioritization.
The workshop, led by Dr. Rafeef Abdul Hafidh Mohammed, introduced employees to the concept of etiquette, its skills, and its main literary and behavioral rules. It included guidance on managing body language signals, conducting oneself appropriately with colleagues and supervisors, distinguishing between positive and negative non-verbal cues from recipients, and handling official correspondences and meetings. The workshop also emphasized avoiding mistakes that could create a negative impression of one's character when practicing this art.
