For sustainable development in the development of underwater life. University of Basra publishes a book titled Biosecurity of Aquaculture Facilities
Dr. Majed Abdulaziz Bannai, a lecturer at the University of Basra's Marine Science Center, has published a book entitled "Biosecurity of Aquaculture Facilities".
The book contains (178) pages distributed over ten chapters, dealing with the concept of biosecurity in aquaculture, measures and procedures for disease prevention and management to ensure the health of aquatic organisms and the sustainability of production, quarantine and health monitoring methods and methods of controlling environmental factors.
The book reviewed practical examples and studies illustrating the successful application of biosecurity strategies, along with guidelines for dealing with crises, achieving environmental and economic sustainability underwater, and developing aquaculture.
