University of Basrah Hosts an Introductory Seminar for Al-Ain Foundation for Social Care
The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah hosted an introductory seminar for Al-Ain Foundation for Social Care.
The seminar included lectures about the foundation and its achievements, explaining its goal of including the largest possible number of Iraqi orphans with integrated care programs that cover all aspects of their lives, to achieve equal opportunities with their peers, with the aim of preparing an aware generation capable of bearing the responsibility of building their country, seeking to state their grievances, demanding their rights and preserving their dignity.
The lecture also explained the basic message of Al-Ain Foundation, which is to focus on the values of moral and religious commitment, national duty, independence, professionalism, Islamic principles and human rights principles, a number of goals of the sustainable development plan, justice and non-discrimination between those incubated on the basis of gender, race, belief or geographical area, and relying on forming partnerships and relationships with local and international institutions with similar goals.
