University of Basrah Organizes a Lecture on Legislative Trends to Save Companies from Financial Distress
The College of Law at the University of Basra organized a lecture on modern legislative trends to save commercial companies from financial distress.
The lecture, presented by the college lecturer Dr. Itidal Abdul Baqi, aims to explain the reasons that lead to the insolvency of companies and the means to address them.
The lecture included an introduction to the latest international legislation and laws, with recommendations for the Iraqi legislator to adopt them as they represent the ideal characteristics that should be adopted to develop the legal organization to address financial distress.
