The Basra University team qualifies for the semi-finals of the volleyball championship

The Basra University team qualified for the semifinals after beating the University of Tikrit team with a score of (3-2) in the volleyball championship for Iraqi universities held under the auspices of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Agency at the courts of Al-Farahidi and Baghdad Universities from February 5 to 13.

The head of the team's delegation, Dr. Jassim Saleh Jassim, said, "Our match today against the opposing team was decisive and decisive, so with the solidarity of the players and the wisdom of the coaches, we were able to qualify for the semifinals, I cannot describe my thanks and gratitude to the training staff represented by Dr. Muwaffaq Sainkh Jaafar and Dr. Watheq Abdul-Sahib Obaid and their efforts that will culminate in our winning the tournament and returning with the cup, God willing."
