Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research honors female students of the University of Basra who memorized the Holy Quran
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi honored three female students from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Basra: Hamsa Iras Mohammed, Benin Adnan Ashour and Tayyiba Mohammed Rayhan, as part of the National Quran Day celebration organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the presence of university presidents, college deans, faculty representatives and students accepted into the Holy Quran memorization channel in undergraduate studies.
The celebration included official speeches, prayers, an exhibition of Arabic calligraphy and honoring a number of Holy Quran reciters and students admitted to the Holy Quran memorization channel in Iraqi universities.
