A Master's Thesis at the University of Basrah Examines measuring the Quality of Electronic Service
The master's thesis at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah examined "Measuring the Quality of Electronic Service Using the Publication of the Quality Function" - an applied study in the Iraqi Oil Tankers Company.
The thesis of the researcher Jawdat Kadhim Khalaf aims to improve the company's electronic services to contribute to improving operational efficiency by simplifying and accelerating operations, reducing errors, saving time and effort, which enhances overall productivity and provides more accurate data, which helps in making better decisions.
The thesis concluded the possibility of applying the quality function publication tool to improve the quality of electronic services in the Iraqi Oil Tankers Company.
