University of Basrah Organizes a Symposium on Community Awareness in Addressing Environmental Pollution
The College of Nursing at the University of Basrah organized a symposium on community awareness in addressing environmental pollution.
The symposium aims to introduce the concept of environmental pollution, its types, sources, and harmful effects on the environment and health security of humans and other living organisms.
The symposium included the presentation of several research papers in which researchers explained environmental treatments and how to raise awareness and educate the community to preserve the environment, in addition to the impact of air pollution on the successive chain of the food chain and its impact on human and animal health, climate, and the ozone layer.
