The researcher Shaima Abdul-Ridha Zghair's thesis aims to employ knowledge management processes by combining modern academic approaches represented by knowledge management practices and processes in order to achieve fair sharing and distribution of knowledge in the departments of the office of Basra Governorate.

The researcher reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is working to support knowledge management processes and develop mechanisms that enhance their effectiveness with the aim of raising the efficiency of administrative performance in the divan of Basra Governorate by enhancing research efforts that aim to generate new knowledge.
