University of Basrah Organizes a Workshop on Defining the Requirements for Annual Performance Evaluation
The College of Agriculture at the University of Basrah organized a seminar on defining the requirements for annual performance evaluation for the academic year 2023-2024.
The seminar aims to introduce the new requirements and the mechanism for filling out performance evaluation forms and how evaluation scores are calculated.
The seminar, which was lectured by Dr. Sabah Kadhim Marzouq, Dr. Falah Abdul-Muhsin Abdullah and Dr. Salah Mahdi Al-Sudani, included a presentation in which he explained what is required of each instructor and employee in terms of documents and data, as well as the process of calculating evaluation points and addressing the variables that occurred in the performance evaluation process for the year 2023-2024.
