University of Basra organizes an awareness workshop on Six Hats ideas
The College of Management and Economics, in collaboration with the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra, organized an educational workshop on Six Hats Ideas.
The workshop aims to stimulate creative thinking and improve communication and collaboration in a variety of contexts, including business, education and research.
The workshop, which was lectured by Nargis Aqeel Abdulwahid, addressed the concept of six hats, which is a thinking and visualization technique based on wearing different-colored hats, each hat representing a different perspective or situation.
The technique was developed by Edward de Bono, a neurologist and philosopher.
The workshop recommended the organization of management in thinking in order to obtain correct and disciplined decision-making and focused on generating new and innovative ideas.
