The Marine Science Center at the University of Basrah organized a course on methods of manufacturing and characterizing nanomaterials.
The course aimed to open new horizons in sustainable development to produce environmentally friendly materials that are more suitable for health in order to reduce pollution.
The course included an explanation of the chemical, physical and biological methods in synthesizing nanoparticles and some of their environmental and health applications, and the most important methods and devices in diagnosing nanoparticles to know their shapes, sizes and electron stability.
