As Part of its Environmental Sustainability Policy, University of Basrah Continues its Work to Improve the Beauty of its Gardens
The Diwan Affairs Department at the University of Basrah continued the work of cutting and cleaning the gardens at Bab Al-Zubair site.
The Director of the Diwan Affairs Department, Engineer Mahmoud Jaafar, said "The work included cutting the grass in the Hawli Gardens, trimming the palm basins near the Exhibition Gate, and removing reeds and bushes from the garden located behind the Central Library".
Mahmoud added "These daily efforts due to the dedication of the garden farmers, who contribute to adding an aesthetic appearance befitting the university environment, to provide a comfortable and bright atmosphere for students".
