University of Basrah Organizes a Festival on the Occasion of the Birth of Imam Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance) in its Annual Festival
The College of Marine Sciences at the University of Basrah organized its annual festival to celebrate the birth anniversary of the awaited Imam Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance). The festival was attended by a large audience included students and faculty members, amidst an atmosphere of joy and happiness on this great occasion.
The festival included several activities, including a special celebration for this great occasion, an exhibition of plastic arts, an exhibition of handicrafts, and an exhibition of plants and flowers.
This festival is part of the activities that the college is keen to organize annually to enhance the spirit of cooperation and creativity among students, and to revive religious and cultural occasions.
