A Master's Thesis at the University of Basrah Examines the Development of a Dynamic Expert System to Improve Organizational Performance
A master's thesis at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah examined the possibility of developing a dynamic expert system for the systems (ISM & ANP) to improve organizational performance and achieve patient satisfaction - a case study in the General Ports Teaching Hospital.
The thesis aims to develop a dynamic expert system for the systems (ISM & ANP) used to improve the organizational performance of the hospital (study sample) and achieve patient satisfaction.
The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a clear desire and general orientation of the hospital (case study) to use expert systems, in addition to the presence of many criteria for patient satisfaction, perhaps the most important of which are the accuracy of service delivery, the cost of service, and the use of advanced systems.
