University of Basra organizes a course on administrative investigation procedures and safeguards
The Development and Continuing Education Center at the University of Basra organized a training course entitled "Administrative Investigation: Procedures and Safeguards".
The course aims to enhance participants' knowledge of the principles and fundamentals of administrative investigation and ensure adherence to legal procedures and professional safeguards during the implementation of investigations.
The course, presented by Dr. Nada Mahdi Khalaf, included a detailed explanation of the administrative investigation process, including collecting and analyzing evidence and testimonies. It also addressed the necessary procedures such as identifying the violation, following the necessary legal mechanisms for investigation, collecting and analyzing evidence, questioning those concerned, and preparing reports, as well as guarantees related to the rights of individuals during administrative investigations such as the right to defense, equality, confidentiality, and justice, and focused on investigations, drafting and managing them in line with legal standards and approved institutional procedures.
