A faculty member from University of Basra participates in a meeting chaired by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Research Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi
Dr. Inas Abdulaziz Aboud Al-Nasser, an instructor at the Polymer Research Center, participated in a meeting chaired by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, to discuss mechanisms to invest the energies of returning scholarship holders from postgraduate studies in the presence of a number of officials.
The meeting discussed ways to employ returning scholars in the academic and administrative work environment in order to achieve institutional integration and enhance the efficiency of university performance.
The Minister of Education stressed the importance of adopting clear policies to support scholarships and integrate them into educational institutions while providing a stimulating scientific environment that contributes to the development of scientific research and enhancing cultural exchange programs between Iraqi universities and their international counterparts
The Minister of Education stressed the need to hold a national conference for scholarships aimed at investing their expertise in improving the quality of higher education, supporting sustainable development, and enhancing the status of Iraqi universities in international academic rankings.
