University of Basra organizes a workshop on measuring performance and achieving quality standards.
The Faculty of Education for Pure Sciences, in collaboration with the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra, organized a workshop entitled "Developing Evaluation Forms: Between Measuring Performance and Achieving Quality Standards".
The workshop, which was delivered by lecturer Dr. Hamed Ali Abdul-Asadi and a group of teachers, focused on mechanisms for evaluating the performance of teachers according to academic quality standards, and reviewed best practices in analyzing evaluation forms to improve and develop the educational process and ensure effective educational outcomes.
The workshop also discussed the role of evaluation in improving teaching methods and enhancing the learning environment in academic institutions.
