University of Basra organizes a seminar on human values and socio-cultural changes
The General Secretariat of the Central Library, in cooperation with the Faculty of Arts, organized an educational seminar on human values and socio-cultural changes.
The seminar aimed to show the importance of adhering to noble human moral values in societies and the need to change some wrong concepts and behaviors among individuals.
The seminar highlighted the extent to which human values are linked to the Islamic religion and are stipulated in the list of human rights signed by the members of the United Nations, and the impact of the contemporary world changes and transformations on these values.
