University of Basra organizes a workshop on student discipline instructions
The Faculty of Arts at the University of Basra organized a workshop on student discipline instructions and controls: Towards a Responsible Academic Environment.
The workshop aims to clarify university regulations, students' rights, and mechanisms for dealing with disciplinary issues.
The workshop included a lecture presented by the Director of the Legal Division at the College, Dr. Abduljalil Ghadban, in which he addressed the disciplinary instructions, the rights of students in case they are subjected to sanctions, and the mechanisms of legal objections, pointing out the importance of the role of the competent committees in ensuring justice within academic institutions.
