A master's thesis at the Faculty of Education for Girls at the University of Basra examined the policy of the rulers in utilizing visions and dreams in the Islamic Arab state (11-334 AH/632-945 AD).
The thesis, submitted by student Wafaa Ahmed Abdul Razzaq, aims to explain the importance of visions and dreams and their great impact on Muslims, as they played an important role in the making of many historical events, as rulers resorted to them to invest them to serve their interests and political, economic, social and military goals, as well as ideological goals.
The dissertation included four chapters, during which the researcher discussed visions and dreams and their use for purposes beyond being mere dreams, but rather a means that has its charm on the recipient, as it overlooks the unknown and future unseen.
