A master's thesis at the University of Basra examines the torsional strength of concrete beams.
A master's thesis at the University of Basra's College of Engineering titled: Torsional Strength of Girders Made of Crushed Concrete Reactive with Recycled Raw Materials.
The thesis, submitted by student Salahuddin Qusai Omran, aims to experimentally study the torsional behavior of bridges made of reactive pulverized concrete (RPC) mixture containing recycled fine aggregate and modified reactive pulverized concrete (MRPC) mixture.
The thesis included four chapters that discussed the mechanical properties in the fresh and hard states of the reactive crushed concrete mixture, the effect of replacing the aggregates with recycled graded sizes, and the effect of recycled aggregates made of concrete on the torsional forces of bridges.
