University of Basrah Organizes a Voluntary Campaign to Plant and Afforestation Gardens
Coinciding with the planting and afforestation campaign launched by the President of the University of Basrah and in order to expand the green spaces in the university to be an environment that pleases the viewers and attracts students, the College of Veterinary Medicine organized a voluntary campaign to plant and afforestation the college garden with self-voluntary efforts.
The campaign aimed to develop and encourage volunteer work and motivate students to participate and care for nature and maintain gardens.
The campaign included planting and afforestation of the college garden with different types of plants represented by rose seedlings, small shrubs and perennial trees.
