The thesis included the role of metformin in regulating immunity and its ability to change some immune and hormonal indicators in polycystic ovary syndrome patients by studying its effect on some immune and hormonal variables involved in this disease.
The study proved that metformin has an effect on these immune and hormonal variables in polycystic ovary syndrome patients.
